My Approach
My Core Beliefs
- We are all born with abundant radiance and life force.
- Most of our creative life energy gets buried under social obligations, trauma, shame, illness, setbacks.
- Our outer life is a reflection of our inner state of being.
- We can rebuild resilience and reach a higher vibration with intention, effort, and support.
- We can channel our inner joy and tap into our life force by paying attention to emotional blockages.
- Human life is not meant for suppression but for integration.
The Process
Building a Safe Connection
Therapeutic relationship is a safe space where you can open up, meet your shadow and light without the fear of being judged.
Identify & Attend
Identify and attend to presenting issues and what is working and not working in your life. Find barriers and contributing factors that might be keeping you stuck and keeping life unfulfilled.
Goal-Setting
Make goals towards desired change and break them down to reachable small objectives in day to day life. Change limiting beliefs and conditioning that keeps you stuck. We seek hidden and buried strengths in you that can be reactivated in practice.
Accountability & Support
Continue working on desired goals and objectives through support in therapy and building accountability.
Testimonials
What Clients Say
Archana is a great match for my therapy needs. I have done therapy before, but I struggled to find a therapist who was a good fit for me. The inner child work I've done with Archana has helped me begin healing trauma from my childhood that has affected multiple aspects of my life. With Archana's guidance, I have improved my emotional regulation and started to find my voice. I truly appreciate her ability to meet my needs and help me feel like myself again. I would highly recommend Archana to anyone seeking a compassionate and supportive therapist.
A deep level of trust needs to be present in order to enable you to want to have conversations that will ultimately help you heal. Archana creates that safe space. Since my first visit when I crossed her threshold unsure and afraid to have honest discussions, her level of professionalism broke down my barriers enabling real and honest emotions to come forth. Dr Arora guides you gently to see things that had never occurred to you. These conversations bring about growth. I will forever be a better person for having been treated by her.
I have been working with Archana for about eight years, and the support she has provided during that time has been truly invaluable. I first began seeing her while navigating deep grief related to my infertility journey, the loss of my parents, and long-standing struggles with self-worth. From the very beginning, she created an environment where I felt heard, supported, and never judged. She provides practical tools that I can take with me outside of our sessions. Over the years, our work together has helped me grow stronger, more self-aware, and more compassionate toward myself.
